Back in late January we found out that A-Rod had flipped his condo at the Rushmore for a “significant profit” after paying $5.5 million for the 35th floor spread. Well, the Post can attach an exact number to that profit: $1.1 Million. After listing the place for $8M, he didn’t exactly get ask. But not a bad payday! Some more on the story, “The mystery buyers, a couple from Aspen, actually paid closer to $7 million because they also bought A-Rod’s furniture. Rodriguez, however, kept his art and a few of his favorite things, like a pool table.”
